VOLLEYBALL 101 - Learning the Basics

Middle School Players - 2nd to 8th Grade (Fall 2024 grade)

Are you ready to learn the basic skills of volleyball? Join us for a summer journey through the fundamentals of volleyball at our Volleyball 101 Camp, led by our Head Development Coach, Deanna Day, along with a team of top-level coaches dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a love for the game.

Target Audience:
Designed for newcomers to the sport and budding athletes in Home Leagues, our camp is tailored to three age groups:

1. 10u - 2nd to 4th Grade (Fall 2024 grade)

2. 11/12u - 5th & 6th Grade (Fall 2024 grade)

3. 13/14u - 7th & 8th Grade (Fall 2024 grade)

Camp sessions:
Choose from three convenient sessions held in June, July, and August, ensuring flexibility for busy schedules:

1. 10u - 2nd to 4th grade (Fall 2024 Grade):

   • Session I - June 17th, 18th & 19th - 4 to 5pm

   • Session II - July 8th, 9th & 10th - 4 to 5pm

   • Session III - August 12th, 13th & 14th - 4 to 5pm

2. 11/12u - 5th & 6th grade (Fall 2024 Grade):

   • Session I - June 17th, 18th & 19th - 5:15 to 6:30pm

   • Session II - July 8th, 9th & 10th - 5:15 to 6:30pm

   • Session III - August 12th, 13th & 14th - 5:15 to 6:30pm

3. 13/14u - 7th & 8th grade (Fall 2024 Grade): 

   • Session I - June 17th, 18th & 19th - 6:45 to 8:15pm

   • Session II - July 8th, 9th & 10th - 6:45 to 8:15pm

   • Session III - August 12th, 13th & 14th - 6:45 to 8:15pm

*Only 30 spots per camp.

What you'll learn:
Embark on a journey through the core skills of volleyball, including passing, setting, hitting, and serving. We will not only help you to enhance your skills, but also teach you fundamental game tactics and strategies to improve your game!
