Regional Teams

Regional (Black and Grey) Teams are advanced-level squads offering a convenient travel schedule with high-level competition. This level is well-suited for players engaged in other high school sports who still want to compete and train at a high level. Regional teams place emphasis on both player development and achieving the highest possible team finish. Some players may receive more playing time due to their position, usually setters. Efforts will be made to ensure as equitable playing time as possible during pool play. Playing time during bracket/tournament playoffs will be determined by the coach's discretion. Goal: Foster skill development while aiming for competitive team outcomes.
